Beloved ,
As we approach the time we remember the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, I feel inside in me that we need to meditate upon the greatness of that love really. “Greater love has no one than this, than to down one’s life for his friends.”(John 15:13)
Sometimes we have taken this love for granted and not imagining how great it is really. But I have never seen even one parent who has ever given his life for his Children to this much. Yes parents are so caring for their children but to this far beloved. Now if our Lord never spared his life just because of you, what else is too hard for Him to do for you?
You’re very precious in his sight and He cares for you.Cast all your burdens to Him. He carried all your pains and heals all your sicknesses.T hough you are passing through a number of pains be assured that he has a very good plan for you.
We have children at our school who have experienced rough time and pains but we are now challenging them through that verse in John 15:13 to know how much the Lord loves and care for them.
We have shown them that He carried all their pains and sorrows at the cross. We also challenge them to remember than He has a very good plan for them. We are now seeing the life of hopeless children has really completely changed. We are teaching and praying for them as well,to love and appreciate always and to know that they can make it because they are in God’s plan. We are also teaching them to love others with Godly love. Also to forgive all that has hurt them in any way or the other. We are looking forward to see great changes to take place in them as they continue to study. In the Easter days we shall keep on teaching them many things because they are all going to be with us no one will go back to their village since the school holidays are not yet. They cannot manage to go back home for only 3 days and come back it can be very costly for us. But on the other side it will be very good time for us to teach them how to love one another. Don’t loose hope beloved, in all situations He cares for you. He gave His life for you because you’re special to Him.
There are 3 main areas you need to allow the Holy Spirit to point out in you during the time we shall be remembering the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ:
1. I know someone caused much pain to you or hurt you and you still have wounds on your heart which are not yet healed, you are requested to forgive that person. Remember that is one of the reason why Jesus was crucified that we may be forgiven all our sins. 1John 1:9
” If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” 1John 2:2 “He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins and not only for ours but also for the sins of the world.”
2.Seek to reconcile with all those you had lost relationship with them. He died on the cross to reconcile us with our Father in Heaven. Eph 2:14-17 ”
14For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations. His purpose was to create in himself one new man out of the two, thus making peace, 16and in this one body to reconcile both of them to God through the cross, by which he put to death their hostility. 17He came and preached peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.”
3.Seek for your personal relationship with your father God. Psalm 34:10 ” The lions may grow weak and hungry, but those who seek the Lord lack no good thing.”
I love you in Jesus name,
Pastor Emmy
Here is a short video on Emmy’s first church, now where Pastor Reuben preaches. He is sitting in front of the other pastors in this picture. We did a previous blog on his home and church. Emmy talks about it when the church started in 1994 with just a few members.

Now watch Pastor Reuben on the drums, his wife Hallen singing and his whole church in some true worship of our mighty God. When i was there i could not stop watching the precious young dancers outside the window we were sitting. Check it out.

Many of you have been asking about the orphans. Many of you have received a letter from them. Some of these children are very young and they are just learning English while others are learning it as a second language. The letters i have seen are much better than my attempt to write a letter foreign language as an elementary student. I have been amazed at what i have seen as it truly has shown their heart. Thank you for pouring in to their lives and giving them an opportunity to learn. Here is a picture of beloved Jude. They will be celebrating Easter at the school this year since there are not enough funds to take everyone who has a home to their family. Instead they will be together. They will continue their studies until 4/18 and then they will be on their first break of the year as term #1 of 3 will be complete. We have acquired some additional sponsors this past month and now have about 1/3 of the 191 children with an adoptive family in the US or UK. We are seeking help from those able and willing to help finish the new 5th grade classroom, to provide enough food as prices have increased in the third world, and for a second uniform for the children. They all just have one and are so thankful for that. A year ago as other children would pass on the side of the rode , the would make fun of these orphans because they had no uniform saying they are not a “real school.” The children would gather together and pray that He would provide for them. Oh Lord, give me a faith like this……….. I leave you with one last Youtube video of the orphans singing………this is what they will be doing Sunday………God is so good.
